The boring but important bit
Privacy Policy
Corks Education is run by Courtney Clarke in the UK. This page explains what information we collect when you use the website and Corks Club, and what we do with it. Last updated October 2026.
The short version
We do not show adverts. We do not sell or share your information with anyone for marketing. Children's profiles are only ever a first name and an avatar picture, and they are never visible to anyone outside your family account.
What we collect
Parent accounts. When you sign up we store your email address and a securely scrambled version of your password. This is used to log you in and to manage your subscription.
Child profiles. You can add child profiles to your account. These are a first name (or nickname) and an avatar you choose. We do not ask for or store a child's age, date of birth, school, location or any other personal details.
Game progress. We save which games each child profile has played so progress can carry on between visits.
Payments. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the payment itself.
Mailing list. If you join the mailing list we store your email address so we can send you updates. You can ask to be removed at any time.
Enquiries and downloads. If you send an enquiry or claim a free download, we store the details you give us so we can reply or email your file.
What we never do
We never sell your information. We never show advertising in Corks Club. We never contact children directly. We never use children's profiles or game activity for marketing or profiling.
Cookies and storage
The site uses the minimum storage needed to keep you logged in and remember your settings. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Where your information is kept
Account and game data is stored securely with our hosting providers, who process it on our behalf under data processing agreements. We keep your information only while your account is active.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it. Email us and we will sort it.
